Delete your Storm Engine data
Storm Engine by Moonbit Studios
You can delete the data the Storm Engine game servers keep about you at any time: straight from the game, or by email if you no longer have the game installed. Storm Engine has no username or password to remember.
Option 1: in the game (instant)
- Open Storm Engine.
- Tap the menu button at the top right, then Settings (or Settings on the home screen).
- Under Privacy, tap Delete my online data and confirm.
Your online data is deleted right away and online features are switched off.
Option 2: by email
Email studiosmoonbit@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Storm Engine data and your player name as shown in the game (for example Storm_Chaser#1234; it appears on the home screen under the title). We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous player account (player ID)
- Your cloud save (game progress stored online)
- Your published island layout
- Your player name and your leaderboard and tournament scores. If an entry remains in an archived weekly ranking, email us and we remove it.
What is kept
- Game progress saved on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game or use Settings > Save > Reset progress.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play under Google's policies. We never store payment details.
- Ad partners (Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads) keep ad data under their own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
